Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the highly precise, intricate nature of our metal model kits, our return policy is designed to be strict but entirely fair, ensuring that every customer receives a pristine, untouched product. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. The 30-Day "Unopened" Return Window

You may return your purchase for a refund within [30] days of the delivery date ONLY IF the item is completely unused, in its original pristine condition, and the factory plastic shrink-wrap/seals are entirely intact.

  • We DO NOT accept returns for kits that have been opened, unsealed, partially assembled, or modified in any way. Once the box is opened and the metal sheets are exposed, the product is considered used and non-returnable.

2. Missing or Defective Parts (The Helloworld7 Guarantee)

We know the frustration of being halfway through a complex V8 engine build and realizing a screw is missing or a gear is warped.

  • If you open a brand-new box and find a manufacturing defect or a missing piece: Do NOT return the whole box. Contact us within [14] days of delivery.
  • The Solution: Email [service@helloworld7.com] with a clear photo of the defect, or identify the exact missing part number using your assembly manual. We will ship the replacement parts to you globally, free of charge.

3. Damage Caused During Assembly

Building metal models requires patience and the right tools. Metal parts can break if bent repeatedly or forced.

  • Accidental Breakage: If you accidentally snap a piece during assembly, this is not covered by our defect guarantee. However, we support our builders. Contact us with the part number, and we can arrange to sell and ship you the specific replacement part (manufacturing and shipping fees will apply).

4. How to Initiate a Valid Return

  1. Email [service@helloworld7.com] with your Order Number and photos proving the item is sealed and unopened.
  2. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
  3. Shipping Costs: The buyer is 100% responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot refund items lost in return transit.
  4. Returns sent back without an approved RMA will be rejected and destroyed by the warehouse without a refund.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your unopened return is received and inspected at our facility (allow [3-5] business days for inspection):

  • An automatic refund will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Allow [3-7] business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement, and [1-2] business days for PayPal.
